At present items are only sold in the UK

PROCESSING TIME – the time it takes to prepare your order

All orders are processed within 5-8 working days of receipt. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, you will be contacted by email or phone.

DELIVERIES

Royal Mail and Parcel2Go 2+day, insured, and tracked delivery service are used at present.

Postal charges will vary depending on the weight and value of your items, the online shopping basket always displays the relevant postage options and costs for your current basket.

Combined Postage

Unless specified by the customer, for those orders where items can be sent in fewer packages, a manual combined postage refund will be issued. This is usually when there are a lot of items in the order it is difficult to accurately calculate every combination of products.

Refund and return policy

RETURNS

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging (see policy for details) and have notified Crafts of Cleo before this period has expired. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, a refund cannot be offered
You are responsible for costs to return the item(s). We recommend using a trackable delivery service and proof of postage because if your parcel gets lost on the way back to us you will need this as proof for your courier under their policy, as we cannot be held responsible for missing/undelivered parcels.

Exceptions

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept the return of piercing related products (such as items attached to ear posts, earrings or hook wires).

REFUNDS

Once the return is received and passed inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether you/item have complied with our returns policy.
If approved your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to the original card or method of payment and a confirmation email issued.

Faulty/Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or has arrived damaged, please send us an email to craftsofcleo@gmail.com with details of the fault/damage and supporting images, in line with health and safety rules please do not return the item, to do so may invalidate your claim. We will get back to you by email, as soon as possible.
If approved a confirmation email and a returns number will be issued. Returns number is required for refunds to be made.

FAULTY RETURNS

If we have mutually agreed that the item is to be returned we will select the return method in the confirmation email.

FAULTY REFUNDS

With a returns number refunds will be made in line with our refund policy. Please see above and for full details Terms & Conditions section 8
